Beginner TRI Swim
This class is designed with the beginning/short course triathlete in mind, and will prepare you for a first triathlon or if you just want to improve your swim. This four week program will focus on technique development and conditioning (~300-1000y assigned per session). Classes will meet 6-7am on Tuesdays and Thursdays through the month of February.
Participants for this training will receive a 10% discount when they sign up for the Spring Tri Training program.
