Bean to Bar: Make Your Own Chocolate! with SRSLY chocolate
Make chocolate from bean to bar with SRSLY chocolate’s owner and chocolate maker, Bob Williamson. The workshop will go over all aspects of chocolate making. From sorting, cracking, winnowing and grinding cocoa beans to tempering and molding stone ground chocolate, this class does it all! Participants get to handcraft and customize their own chocolate bars!
