As sides, you and your team will master the art of making spätzle, the dumpling-like noodles that are a staple in Southern Germany; a traditional dish of red cabbage brightened with citrus; and a delightful rolled sponge cake filled with strawberries and whipped cream. At the end of class, you’ll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket.
