- **Event Description**: We’ve been working diligently to have the original Vietnam Veterans plaque remounted at the high school. While that’s in progress, we’re honored to be participating in the **Veterans Memorial event in Austell** on **11/11 at 11 AM**.

A **duplicate plaque** is also being ordered so we can install it at **Veterans Memorial Park**—this will happen **after the event**, on the same day we remount the original at the high school.

For those of you who are not aware, the original plaque was taken down for a remodel and was not put back up, but in storage for not sure how long.   We discovered it when we toured the high school preparing for our 60th reunion next June 2026.

I’ll be creating a Facebook event soon with all the details so you can join us in honoring our heroes.
