Walking the path requires no previous experience nor does it need instruction other than to follow your own instincts for health and self-care. It’s not a maze so you cannot get lost, rather you walk at your own pace and take time to hear your inner spiritual voice. What a change from this hurry-up society. Everyone is welcome and children will need supervi-sion.

Our experienced facilitator will be there to guide you.
