Participants are invited to share at their own comfort level, listen openly, and be present without pressure to perform, fix, or explain themselves.✨ This Month’s Topic:Who Is Taking Care of the Eldest Daughter When She’s Busy Taking Care of the World?Being the eldest daughter often comes with a unique set of responsibilities. Many of us grow up learning how to be the strong one, the caretaker, the problem solver, and the person others can rely on. Reyna and Anairis are both licensed therapists, and through their clinical work they deeply understand that therapy is not accessible to everyone and is not always the only path to healing.
