Participants are invited to share at their own comfort level, listen openly, and be present without pressure to perform, fix, or explain themselves.✨ This month’s topic:Connection to SelfExploring your relationship to yourself as a lover, as a friend, as a mother, and as all things.We will be joined by Stephanie (she/they), a Self-Trust and Soul Purpose coach. Stephanie is a space holder and guide who focuses on helping women deepen their relationship with themselves, reconnect with their intuition, and step into alignment with their most authentic path. Her work centers on self-trust, embodiment, and coming home to self in a grounded and compassionate way. She will be guiding this month’s conversation and holding space for reflection around self-connection and the many ways we relate to ourselves in our daily lives. Reyna and Anairis are both licensed therapists, and through their clinical work they deeply understand that therapy is not accessible to everyone and is not always the only path to healing.
