Talking about the importance of different forms of education to be held at equitable levels of employment. Spreading awareness of the skilled gap in various industries. In 2019 Their family started their vision for their non-for-profit effort's called Trowels in Education. Serving Kendall and Kane county Schools with over 2000 volunteer hours in the last five years. Giving the students the opportunity to try a trade and learn about different forms of education. In 2025 RHK's founder realized how access to education after high school is not equitable . Where students still fall between the cracks in traditional education. Theses struggles can range from IEP, 504, OHI, and lower grade point averages. Creating barriers for students after high school only seen through numbers and case manager reports. Through their continued advocation RHK Construction wants to bridge that gap, creating larger access for scholarship' resources in the trades and alternative paths of education after high school. It's the people and local community members that continue to make extraordinary events, fundraisers, and galas, like this happen when they can feel your vision.RHK Trowels in Education" } ] } ] ```
