This gentle, all-levels class is designed to help regulate the nervous system, encourage mindfulness, and create space for rest in a season that can often feel busy and overwhelming. Attendees are encouraged to browse, connect, and shop with vendors following yoga.This space is designed for women who are open-minded and interested in wellness, personal growth, intentional living, and community. The Inner Mujer Project honors holistic approaches to healing while remaining grounded, respectful, and non-judgmental. Our gatherings may not resonate with everyone, and that is intentional.The Inner Mujer Project is rooted in the belief that healing does not always need to be clinical, isolating, or rigid, and that community itself can be a powerful form of care.
