Midweek Nervous system reset - Sound Bath

Join us every Wednesday evening for a rejuvenating Midweek Reset at Denver Village.  This sound bath is your chance to find Clarity and calm right in the middle of the week. Helping you finish the week strong and centered.  Come unwind and recharge with soothing sounds and leave feeling refreshed and ready for whatever comes your way.  

As you settle in and let your body relax, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, voice, harmonium, gongs, rhythmic drumming, and chimes.  These resonant frequencies work on a cellular level to calm the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and support a deep sense of well-being.
