In this workshop, we'll explore the yoga principles of non-violence and truth-telling and how they can guide the way we live. This world desperately needs more kindness, compassion, and love. Perhaps we can be part of the answer.

Join us from 5:30-6:30 pm on June 24 for this practical, enlightening, and encouraging workshop. The workshop is just $30! Register online or pay at the door.

This summer, we're focused on gaining wisdom from yoga for living in today's world. While yoga is not a religion, it does have a set of ethics and values that can help us live well in a harsh world. Each week, we'll dive into an important bit of wisdom for today and talk about what yoga wisdom has to offer.
