As we enter December—the season of joy, gratitude, and reflection—take an evening to reconnect with what truly lights you up. Inspired by a vision Moyra received during a deep breathwork meditation and brought to life through her work with women navigating life’s challenges, the JoyBox Workshop invites you to slow down and create something meaningful.

During this heart-centered experience, you’ll design your own JoyBox—a personalized keepsake to hold the small treasures that bring you comfort and happiness: an affirmation card, a feather from a peaceful walk, a note from someone you love, a memento that reminds you of your strength. These simple reminders can become powerful anchors when life feels heavy, helping you return to the joy that already lives within you.

Through gentle reflection and guided creativity, you’ll explore what sparks joy in your life and craft a box that reflects your unique spirit.

You’ll leave with your handcrafted JoyBox—and a brighter, more grounded heart. ✨
