This elixir is made of the whole bean and is much more potent than a regular hot chocolate.The spiritual dimension of Cacao is described as a medicine of the Soul, a medicine of Peace. Cacao opens the layers of consciousness in a gentle, loving way.This plant medicine assists us in burning away old and dense energies, opening your heart chakra and elevating our creativity with a feeling of expansive and euphoric connection.Together, we will connect inward and soften the body and relax the nervous system to bring in more lightness and joy. Through a guided journaling experience, you’ll receive writing prompts to help plant new seeds with intention.
