Ignite Your Spark

Spirit First presents, "Ignite Your Spark"-an evening of watercolour play, intuitive guidance, guided meditation and reconnection with your unique spark. Facilitated by Mickey Eves-this workshop will help you explore and celebrate your inner strength.

Mickey Eves (she/her) is a growth mindset coach and creative wellness leader with over two decades of hands-on experience as an entrepreneur, certified mindfulness and breathwork teacher, workshop designer, and facilitator. She’s also an author and illustrator of both adult and children’s books. She is known for blending mindfulness, creativity, and heart in all that she does.

Mickey is the creator of Kindness First—a clothing line and the I AM necklace line, both centred around compassion in action—and Phyllis and the Healing Sprites, which is currently being adapted into an animated TV series.

Using positive psychology and a naturally lighthearted approach, Mickey creates uplifting experiences that inspire reflection, laughter, genuine connection, and personal growth. Her work helps others rediscover their strengths, nurture self-compassion, and find simple, meaningful ways to bring mindfulness into daily life—both personally and professionally.

Through mindfulness, laughter, and compassion, Mickey invites others to slow down, reconnect, and remember that kindness truly begins within and can be the catalyst to great change.
