She has also led Girl Scout troops, enriching young lives in Aurora.Verena also teaches chair yoga for seniors and sound alchemy at Anna Maria continuing care community, believing yoga benefits all ages. She regularly does sound healing at Essential Zen and The Heart Center. She enjoys creative pursuits like painting, macramé, and knitting while deeply appreciating nature. With an open heart and a commitment to uplifting others, she honors the love and light in all.
