We're actually setting ourselves up for failure when we strive for perfection. And yet, we want to do things with well. So how do we push ourselves toward excellence without falling into the the trap of perfectionism?

In this workshop, we'll explore the yoga principles of contentment and how this can help us accept ourselves as we are. 

Join us from 5:30-6:30 pm on July 22 for this practical, enlightening, and encouraging workshop. The workshop is just $30! Register online or pay at the door.

This summer, we're focused on gaining wisdom from yoga for living in today's world. While yoga is not a religion, it does have a set of ethics and values that can help us live well in a harsh world. Each week, we'll dive into an important bit of wisdom for today and talk about what yoga wisdom has to offer.
