Autumn Equinox is a very special event at B3, as it the anniversary of B3's first yoga class and event.

We provide our community with physical, mental, and spiritual support through yoga philosophy and practice, counseling and art therapy, and hair and scalp therapies. We love connecting with our community and offering unique workshops and events to support the well-being of our community members.
