This excavation is open for community participation. If you’ve ever had an interest in archaeology, then this is your chance to give it a go!☺ Free to attend, all tools provided and no experience necessary!☺ Please bring along food & water, waterproofs and sturdy shoes/bootsCome along to dig for part of the the day, a whole day or the weekend ... or drop in for a chat about what we find!Dates and TimesSaturday 9 and Sunday 10 MayDuration10am–4pmAudienceThe dig is open to all (children must be accompanied by an adult) and the dig is accessible via gravelled paths and lawn grass.
