Together, we’ll explore some of Qigong’s history and guiding principles, then experience the practice through accessible, guided movements that may support relaxation, balance, body awareness, and a deeper connection with yourself.  Movements may be explored standing or with the support of a chair. 

You’re welcome to participate in the ways that feel appropriate for your body. No previous Qigong experience is necessary.  

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and bring water.
