Start the day with one of two free yoga classes, then stay for an afternoon of acoustic music, refreshments, conversation, and community. Come for a class, stop by the open house, or spend the whole day with us.


FREE MORNING YOGA

9:30–10:30 AM: 
ALL LEVELS FLOW
An accessible, breath-centered movement practice with options for different bodies, needs, and levels of experience.

11:00 AM–12:15 PM: 
YIN YOGA
A slower, grounding practice using longer-held shapes for opportunities for deeper stretching in your connective tissue. 


No previous yoga experience is needed. Mats and props are available at the studio.

Space is limited, and advance registration is required for each class. If you would like to attend both classes, please reserve a place in each one separately.


OPEN HOUSE + COMMUNITY GATHERING
12:30–3:30 PM

Stay awhile or drop in anytime during the afternoon for:
• Connection with our growing Intera Yoga community
• Conversation about Intera Yoga's values and vision
• Live acoustic music by Chelsea Saddler
• Light refreshments
• Teacher introductions and Studio tours
• The announcement of our Free Week of Yoga winner

The open house is free and open to everyone. RSVP is suggested for the afternoon gathering, so we know how much food to prepare.
