Through crystal bowls, voice and guided journey, this sonic meditation invites you to name what is ripe and ready to release, preparing the ground for the balance to come.

Yoga mats, eye masks, blankets as bolsters and pillows are available.  Four Zero Gravity Chairs are available but must be reserved in advance.  Participants may bring their own comfort gear.
