Crown HER Mentoring is partnering with Urso Jiu Jitsu and the Bernie Ward Community Center for an empowering Self-Defense Workshop for girls ages 9–19!

This hands-on session will teach our queens how to protect themselves, build confidence, and stay aware in any situation all while having fun and learning from experienced instructors!
