FALL TRAINING KICK OFF: July 11, 2026 @ 7:00AM at Fleet Feet North Augusta (210 Georgia Ave. North Augusta, SC)
Group Run Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:00pm at Savannah Rapids Pavilion and Saturdays at 7:00am at Fleet Feet North Augusta 
Program Length: 14 weeks
Goal Race: Mid October Races
