Sunday, July 26, 10:00AM - 12:00PM - Intrinsic Breathwork - Experiencing Dynamic Transformational Healing - Intrinsic Breathwork is a powerful, dynamic healing process that supports transformation at a deep cellular and subconscious level. Through the breath, we can gently access and release stored stress, unresolved trauma, limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and physical tension that may be keeping us from experiencing greater freedom, vitality, and wholeness.
Much of our conditioning lives below the level of conscious awareness. Intrinsic Breathwork helps illuminate these hidden patterns, allowing them to move, integrate, and transform so you can reconnect with your authentic self and the wisdom of your body. In this experiential workshop, you’ll learn about the profound benefits of conscious breathwork before being guided through a one-hour Intrinsic Breathwork journey. We’ll conclude with a grounding integration experience to help you embody and anchor what has emerged. No prior experience is necessary. Simply bring an open heart, a willingness to explore, and allow the wisdom of your breath to guide you toward greater healing, aliveness, and inspiration.
