Do you ever feel anxious, overwhelmed, barely able to catch up or even keep up?
Stress can really take a toll on our health. If we can decrease just a little bit of it from our life, how much would that help us live a happier and healthier one?
Bethany Smith will be leading us in basic yoga and meditation practices, to help us relax and take a deep breath.
She has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for 8. She started the practice for the physical benefits and quickly realized that what this practice was doing for her on the outside, was doing the same on the inside. She has received hundreds of hours worth of training in: Vinyasa Flow and Baptiste-Inspired Power Yoga. She is also 5Elements Flow certified.
Through Bethany's teaching, she hopes to inspire and encourage other to live powerfully on and off the mat.
