- **Event Description**: Join Kathy Kessler, PT, LMT, RYT-200 for a 90 minute yoga practice at Nobolies Vineyards for the summer series.  This practice will focus on Slow Flow from one posture to the next, with awareness of transitions.  We will take the time to mindfully pause in a shape to find a deep stretch and embrace the stillness of holding a posture.
The June practice will be a Lymphatic Yoga Practice with movement, stretching, breathwork and technique to move our lymph.  
Each registration includes a 90 minute yoga practice and complimentary flight of wine - sweet or dry tasting, a mimosa or alcohol free beverage. Linger with fellow yogis after the practice for fellowship and a relaxing day at Nobolies Vineyards. $30 per yoga student. 

Kathy has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and you can join her and Allison Chrisman virtually on the mat for 7 practices a week through Halcyon Spa. You can also find more practices on her YouTube channel - Barefoot in America. Kathy is the owner of Halcyon Spa and is delighted to be back at Nobolies Vineyard sharing the practice of yoga.

Recommend all students bring a mat, beach towel or yoga blanket, strap or neck tie or belt, yoga block, sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle and sunglasses as we practice under the shade trees on the edge of the vineyards at Noboleis Winery. Shaded spots may be limited, but we will do our best.
