Der Gitarrist, Sänger und Komponist Gary Moore (1952 -2011), war einer der besten und einflussreichsten Gitarristen der Rockgeschichte. Von 1989 an widmete er sich ganz dem Blues. Mit seiner Komposition „Still got The Blues“ stürmte er weltweit die Charts und brachte der Bluesmusik eine neue und größere Anerkennung im internationalen Musikzirkus.

Die deutsche Gitarrenlegende Siggi Schwarz interpretiert den Blues & Rock von Gary Moore mit seiner internationalen, hochkarätigen Band auf eine einzigartige, respektvolle und begeisternde Art und Weise. Schwarz gelingt es dabei mit seiner überragenden technischen und gefühlvollen Spielweise die Songs im Spirit von Gary Moore zu zelebrieren, ohne dabei zum Plagiat zu werden. 

Siggi Schwarz besuchte 1976, als damals 18 Jähriger, ein Konzert von Gary Moore mit seiner Band Colosseum in Neu-Ulm und wurde sofort zum großen Fan. 1978 lernte Schwarz sein Idol auf der Frankfurter Musikmesse persönlich kennen. Moore’s Gitarrenspiel wurde für Schwarz zu eine der größten Inspirationen auf seinem eigenen musikalischen Weg. Als Konzertverantalter organisierte Schwarz 2008 ein Konzert mit Gary Moore in seiner Heimatstadt Heidenheim. Als Moore 2011 plötzlich verstarb, produzierte Schwarz zusammen mit ehemaligen Wegbegleitern von Gary Moore, wie dem Bassisten Neil Murray und den Gitarrenlegenden Geoff Whitehorn (Procol Harum) und Toto Gitarrist Steve Lukather ein weltweit vielbeachtes Tribute Album, das von Sony Music veröffentlicht wurde.

Siggi Schwarz hat in seiner Karriere als Gitarrist und Produzent mit vielen Rockstars im Studio oder auf der Bühne zusammen gearbeitet, wie Michael Schenker (Ex Scorpions), Bernie Marsden (Whitesnake), Chris Thompson ( Manfred Mann’s Earthband), Steve Lukather, Bobby Kimball, Simon Philipps (Toto), Don Airey (Deep Purple), Laurie Wisefield (Tina Turner), Chris Norman (Smokie), Pete York (Spencer Davis Group), Pete Haycock (Climax Bluesband) u.v.m. 

Mit seiner Band begleitete er Konzerte und Tourneen von u.a. Aerosmith, ZZ Top, Bryan Adams, Santana, Scorpions, The Who, Toto, Foreigner, Alan Parsons, Status Quo, PUR, Paul Carrack, Billy Idol, Uriah Heep, Nazareth, Mike & The Mechanics, Manfred Mann, Sweet, Slade, Gotthard, Mother’s Finest....und den Blueslegenden John Mayall, Eric Burdon, Ten Years After und Johnny Winter. 

Zu seinem 50 Jährigen Bühnenjubiläum 2023 hat Siggi Schwarz seine Autobiographie „ROCK’N’ROLL ROAD“ veröffentlicht.
