From there, simply follow the Rivernights signs and coloured flags to the event site (What3Words: equivocal.sensible.magical).Please check in via Admissions (the building with the large "Entrance" sign). The toilets are located near Admissions, so we recommend using these before making your way down to the river or to your train ride.If you're joining us without the Golden Hour Express, you're welcome to arrive from 6:00pm. Simply check in with our Admissions team before making your way down to the riverside.If you've booked the(6:40pm departure), please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure to allow time to check in, use the toilet facilities and pick up a drink from our Station Bar before boarding.Please note that vehicles must not be left in the woodland car park overnight. If you plan on enjoying a drink, please arrange a taxi or alternative transport home. The woodland car park gates will be locked from 10:30pm, and we cannot guarantee when they will reopen the following day.TimingsThe event opens at 6:00pm and finishes at 9:45pm. As the walk back to the car park is unlit, this allows everyone to enjoy the evening and head home before it gets too dark.SeatingPicnic benches, deckchairs and other relaxed seating options will be available throughout the forest on a first come, first served basis. You're also very welcome to bring your own chairs and picnic blankets.DrinksOur Woodland Bar will be fully stocked with cocktails, wine, beer, soft drinks, hot drinks and snacks. To help support the event, we kindly ask that you don't bring your own food or drinks onto site.Please note that our bar is card only.SmokingPlease note that Rivernights is a non-smoking event.DogsFriendly dogs on short leads are very welcome. Please ensure they are supervised and cleaned up after.WeatherAs this is an outdoor woodland event, plans may occasionally need to change due to adverse weather conditions. Even on warm days, evenings by the river can become cool, so we recommend bringing an extra layer and wearing suitable footwear for woodland paths.Any important updates will be shared via email and on our Instagram page on the day, but we're keeping everything crossed for a beautiful summer evening!Can't make it?Please cancel your tickets at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund for Punting or the Golden Hour Express train ride.
