- **Event Description**: Our new open level POSTNATAL FITNESS classes are a great follow-up (or new beginning!) to your post-partum recovery course, helping you build lasting strength and healthy routines beyond the first eight sessions. 

We meet in the beautiful Bois de la Cambre park, and you’re welcome to join with your baby or child. 

Before each class, you’ll receive a message letting you know whether to bring your stroller, your mat, or both. And if the weather is really bad, we simply switch to an online session – so you never miss out!

By Sirka Ginsel, a qualified and experienced sports scientist, trained to teach prenatal & postnatal exercises and working as a therapist in a rehabilitation clinic for orthopaedics and neurology.

COST: 144€ for 8 classes (Autumn term starts now 10 Oct)
The first session is a free trial class for BCT members who are new to this course!
