It’s time to lace up for those that can’t! In New Zealand four people a week will experience spinal cord injury and remain paralyzed. This means: No feeling in the legs, and in the worst case, no feeling in the arms or hands either. Immobile. Constantly dependent on the assistance of others.
 
Everyone that gets involved in The Wings for Life World Run is helping to make a difference for these people and ultimately helping towards the goal of finding a cure. Even better, 100% of all entry fees and donations to spinal cord research to find a cure for spinal cord injury. On Sunday May 9th at 11pm we will put on our running shoes (and our head torches) at the same time as hundreds of others around the world and run for those who can’t.
 
In Auckland, Red Bull NZ and Neighbourhood TC are teaming up to deliver an epic running course at Curran street under the Harbour Bridge with experienced pacers and pre-event buzz! 

Come and join fellow Auckland runners from 10:15pm before the 11pm run kick-off for an exclusive documentary of Red Bull Athlete Brook MacDonald’s personal battle with Spinal injury. All attendees of the Auckland event only will receive a WFL Sign up pack, including:
