1h20 - Stall-Swing-Stall ( Combinations of a certain sequencing idea. Stalls, rotations behind the back, with substitutions + combinations to expand )
20 min break
1h20 - Waist Wraps and Beyond ( Standard waist wraps, timings and directions, throw techniques, twist variations )
