With a couple of postgraduate degrees in counselling and psychotherapy, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of incredible humans on their journey towards rediscovering their confidence, creating deep intimacy, and feeling whole. I’m trained in women-centred coaching, which means I truly understand the unique challenges and complexities that women face when it comes to their bodies and sexuality. I've designed a holistic approach known as the Sexually Empowered Radiant Woman method. This method doesn't just enhance your sex life; it also boosts your confidence, helps you feel radiant no matter your age, shape or size, and lets you shine in your everyday life. My passion is to empower humans to live their absolute best, joyful and self-expressed lives.
