This extraordinary, glow-in-the-dark experience is set beneath the waves of takutai moana and the mighty Te Moana-nui-a-Kiwa. It follows the uplifting story of Kina, a loveable sea urchin who has lost her memory and her way.

As Kina journeys through the Pacific, she meets a hilarious and curious crew of glowing sea creatures – including dancing crabs, beautiful manta rays, jiving clams, and the grand Pacific Queen – all brought to life by more than 40 extraordinary, handcrafted puppets.

Guided by the wisdom of the ocean, Kina embarks on a journey of self-discovery to find her family, her true identity, and her inner strength. With the help of a kindly octopus and a little moana magic, she is reimagined as a radiant pearl.

He waka eke noa/We are all in this together is the guiding whakataukī of the show, with heartfelt themes of resilience, kindness, and the beauty within.
