Ready to boost those DIY skills? Join The ReCreators for a fun session where rangatahi learn how to use power tools safely while creating a sturdy bench for indoors or outdoors. You’ll get friendly support, build confidence with real tools like drills, saws and sanders and finish the day with something you made yourself.

Come dressed in covered shoes and comfy fitted clothes, bring some food and a drink bottle and be ready for a mix of indoor and outdoor creating. 
We’ll kick things off with a safety chat, go through tool basics and guide you through each step so you walk away with a bench you’re proud of.

When: Friday 23 Jan, 10am-4pm
Where: The ReCreators Green Space, 135 Chamberlain Rd, Massey

Important NotesParking: please note that we have parking available just inside the gate at Chamberlain Rd. Please do not drive past the gravel and onto the concrete area. 

The ReCreators is a charity teaching tamariki and rangatahi how to reduce waste and reuse materials in fun, creative ways. Join us for a day of building, learning, and helping the planet!
