Rise & Vibe returns this March with more energy, more connection, more surprises and the most uplifting morning for our community, families, and local legends.

This isn’t just an event.

9:00AM – Pilates with Saul

We begin grounded and strong with Pilates 2 Be 45 minutes to awaken the body, connect to breath, and set the tone for the day.

Then… we DANCE.

DJ Morpho takes us higher. Her gift? Uplifting the spirit. Expect powerful beats, open hearts, and the kind of dance floor where everyone belongs.

Because we truly believe:

Dancing is medicine.

� Conscious shopping & beautiful local products

� All ages welcome

� All shapes, all backgrounds, all humans

In winter we’ll bring the sauna magic, so stay tune but right now we’re bringing the heat through movement, music, and connection.

This is the first big Rise & Vibe of the year, the one that sets the rhythm for everything that follows.
