Guided Meditation with  (30 minutes)A grounding, restorative meditation to help you integrate your reflections and anchor the intentions you want to carry into 2026.4. Sharing Circle and Farewell (15 minutes)A soft closing circle to express gratitude, share insights, and seal the energy of the morning.?
