In a world that often asks us to keep going, to do more, and to stay busy, deep rest can become something we forget how to allow ourselves. Yet rest and sleep are essential nourishment for our body, mind, and spirit.

For this special circle we will also be joined by Sarah Bartlett from Inside Out, who will gently share some of her personal journey with insomnia and guide us through an introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping. Sarah will offer a simple tapping experience and a few practical tools that women can take away and use to support relaxation and better sleep.

This circle offers a gentle space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the importance of rest as something sacred and restorative.

The Red Tent is a welcoming space where women come together to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and with one another. Inspired by the ancient tradition of women gathering in circle, it offers a supportive environment away from the busyness of everyday life.

Each gathering is a little different but may include gentle reflection, meditation, journaling, sharing, and simple ritual aligned with the theme of the circle.

Red Tent East Coast Bays is facilitated by Fiona Tate, a certified life coach and Red Tent Women’s Circle and Seasons Of Becoming Immersion facilitator who is passionate about creating nurturing spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the power of authentic connection with themselves and other women.

Women of all ages and stages of life are warmly welcome.
Come exactly as you are.
