Mothers Helpers presents this FREE networking meeting and seminar/discussion on Perinatal Depression/Anxiety. It is for all those who are involved in maternal mental health in each of these areas - from GP's, plunket, tamariki ora and midwives, counsellors, psychologists and psychotherapists through to Maternal Mental Health and Community Mental Health services. If you are working with women who are expecting or have a new baby, then this free seminar is for you. All attendees are asked to bring a plate of finger food to share for lunch which will be served on the deck at 12:30pm with the seminar starting at 1pm.

About the Presenter
Kristina Paterson is the Founder and Service Manager of Mothers Helpers - a not-for-profit organisation delivering a free or affordable service to women experiencing Perinatal Depression/Anxiety. Kristina is a registered social worker with a Masters in Applied Social Work. She has a background experience of 15 years working as a Registered Nurse, and is author of the programme "Perinatal Depression: Steps to Recovery" which has a high rate of recovery in those women who have attended. Kristina experienced both Antenatal and Postnatal Depression/Anxiety with her first son 9 years ago.
