Mastering Meditation - Free Introduction

A 3-part introduction course covering the ABC’s and fundamentals of learning meditation.

We’re welcoming Australian guest teacher, Abhinandan for these evenings, an athlete and traveler just returned from featuring in Dublin’s Meditation Month. His workshops combine youthful enthusiasm, humor, insight and a wide canvas of experience that are always popular and inspirational.

This is also a structured, progressive course, no admission after the second evening please. Ongoing free courses will offer group practice sessions to help deepen the meditation experience.
