In a world that often pulls us outward, yoga reminds us to return to ourselves, to cultivate steadiness amidst change through practice & lifestyle commitment.  

Join the Pure Yoga community and sangha as we come together in community to honour this ancient tradition through shared Hatha practice, chanting mantra and sharing uplifting kirtan.

12 pm - 1.15 pm - Hatha Yoga Class (limited to 18 spots, first booked basis)

Followed by Bliss balls in the cafe space

1.45 - Seating for opening meditation
2 pm - Satsang + Kirtan begins

4.45 pm - Closing meditation.

*Chai and treats are available in the cafe area.  Proceeds donated to a local animal rescue charity.
