Glow Yoga brings a new kind of evening to The Button Factory: a zen based relaxation class held entirely under UV blacklight, where the room & yogis glow around you as you move through practice. It's part class, part immersive experience - grounded, guided, and genuinely unlike anything else running in Auckland.

Doors open 30 minutes before class starts - grab your UV paint, deck yourself out, and get your photos in before we roll out the mats. Once everyone's glowing, we settle in for a 90-minute vinyasa flow, held entirely under blacklight.

Sessions are led by Josh, who has practiced Iyengar Yoga for 14 years and taught for 8 - and is fourth in line to BKS Iyengar himself. Josh has taught many diverse groups, from dawn yoga with grandmas at golf clubs to guided meditation sessions for special needs kids, and just about everyone in between. His classes are easy, fun, and relaxing, with enough depth for advanced students and an open door for complete beginners.

No yoga experience is required. UV paint is provided at the door, and all levels are welcome to flow at their own pace.
