This welcoming event is designed especially for seniors of all abilities and experience levels. Whether you’d like to get moving on the court or enjoy the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi, there’s something for everyone.

✨ Choose Your Activity

Tennis – Enjoy a friendly, beginner-friendly session focusing on movement, coordination, and fun

Tai Chi – Experience calm, low-impact exercises that improve balance, flexibility, and wellbeing

Both activities will run at the same time, with two session times available for each, so you can select the session that best suits you.

Session 1: 9:30am - 10:15am

Session 2: 10:30am - 11:15am
