Every Woman - The 12 Week Pelvic Floor & Core Foundations Course

Enjoy 12 wonderful weeks of movement, nutritional guidance and education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core and women's fitness/wellness at whatever life phase you're in on this unique Holistic Core Restore® 'Everywoman' programme . The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to 'bring you back home' to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus.
The Holistic Core Restore® 'Every Woman' programme truly is a gift that keeps giving and one that EVERY WOMAN should give herself at least once in her lifetime!
The programme is split into two phases:
Phase 1: Will run every Monday from 29th April to 3rd June. (Weeks 1-6)
Here, you will attend weekly classes and focus on reconnecting with your pelvic floor and mastering the exercises, as well as learning about nutrition, and wellness.
Phase 2: Will run for the following 6 weeks (weeks 7-12), where we will move online and focus on helping you integrate core and pelvic floor exercise into your everyday life.
The second phase is optional but comes highly recommended by the course's founder Jenny Burrell and myself.
It is aimed at
Any woman who is intrigued to know more about her pelvic floor, core and overall health.
Those who experience the odd leak when jumping, running, sneezing or laughing.
Women looking for a modern and effective way to strengthen her core.
Those with a small tummy gap (rectus diastasis)
Women suffering from lower back pain
Women who want a better looking belly but know it’s an inside out job so need to go deeper and work smarter than just doing ‘sit-ups’
Women keen to to learn the importance of food for not only fat loss but nourishing deep health
Those who have you seen a clinician about a low level Prolapse and been told to ‘do your Pelvic Floor exercises’ as part of your management strategy.
You will get:
A health assessment, postural assessment and tummy gap check - to assess where you are at and so the programme can be adapted to you. The health assessment is pretty thorough and some women won't be suitable as they need more medicalised help (such as those with severe stress incontinence or prolapse)
Six 60 minute sessions in Phase 1, and 6 weeks of online support in Phase 2 plus an optional weekly phone call to answer any questions
Access to the Connect Health App where you can track your workouts and join in our support group.
Equipment (3 x balls - one massage, one spikey and one small pilates ball and 4 bands)
Access to the online platform for homeworks (all filmed) and nutritional information.
Nutritional advice to assist with Pelvic Floor and Core strength
Support between each session via phone / email with me to keep you on it - to make sure you're doing their homeworks, otherwise it just doesn't work!
