You'll be walking alongside a friendly, easygoing group of photographers, all looking at the same stretch of city and seeing something slightly different in it.Please note:Maungawhau / Mt Eden's summit gates are managed by the Tūpuna Maunga Authority and are currently listed as open until 8:30pm during daylight saving. These time is subject to change and will be confirmed a few days befor ethe event begins. What You’ll See and PhotographOld villas, narrow streets and back lanes in the last of the daylightPassing shadows and silhouettes as evening walkers and commuters move through Eden TerraceThe climb up the mountain access path as the light shifts from gold to blueThe city skyline, harbour, and surrounding hills catching the day's last light from the summitThe volcanic crater itself, its slopes and shadows lengthening as the sun dropsWide, 360-degree views swinging from open sky to distant hills to the CBDStreetlights coming on in Eden Terrace one by one as we make our way back downWhat to BringYour camera or smartphoneA tripod (handy for longer evening exposures, but not essential)Comfortable walking shoesCuriosity and an open mind — this is all about exploring and having fun! - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/auckland/eden-terrace-and-mt-eden-summit/100001995250809883 - **Event Categories**: business, meetups, photography - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Age Limit: 16+ - Duration: 2 hours - Location: Tram Shelter - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 0, max: 0, currency: NZD ## Event venue details - **city**: Auckland - **state**: AU - **country**: New Zealand - **location**: Tram Shelter - **lat**: -36.8744358 - **long**: 174.7622922 - **full address**: Tram Shelter, Mount Eden Road, Auckland, New Zealand ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Eden Terrace & Mt Eden Summit - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events1/banners/bbb79da63f4da8d9bfbbb7c5e2d8139e0e21fcc5ce7d8f97adada1800ec46226-rimg-w1200-h795-dcc0d8f1-gmir.jpg?v=1785074956 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Eden Terrace & Mt Eden Summit being held? - **A:** Eden Terrace & Mt Eden Summit takes place on Sun, 01 Nov, 2026 at 06:00 pm to Sun, 01 Nov, 2026 at 08:00 pm at Tram Shelter, Mount Eden Road, Auckland, New Zealand. - **Q**: Who is organizing Eden Terrace & Mt Eden Summit? - **A:** Eden Terrace & Mt Eden Summit is organized by Photography 4 Fun. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
