Join us for an empowering evening with the Vranjes sisters, a powerhouse duo transforming the way women connect with themselves. Rochelle, founder of Seed Cycle Blend, guides women through seed cycling, a natural, clinically tested method that supports hormone balance and addresses PCOS, Endometriosis, perimenopause, and menopause. Melissa Vranjes, a certified sex coach, helps women reclaim pleasure, unlock their sexual potential, and rewrite the stories society tells about intimacy.

In this intimate conversation, we’ll explore how nutrition and lifestyle choices impact conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, and menopause, the powerful connection between our cycles, mood, and relationships, and practical tips for reigniting intimacy after childbirth. We’ll discuss why these aspects of women’s health are often overlooked and share empowering ways to reignite that spark in the bedroom.

We’ve teamed up with Sfera Restaurant, acclaimed chef Matty Ross (formerly of Candela), and Hancock Wines to present a thoughtfully curated menu that celebrates seasonal produce and highlights Northcote Point’s newest culinary gem.
