With other humans. You get to try, adjust, communicate, and feel the difference in real time. Over time, this builds greater ease, honesty, and skill in how you relate. Drawing on consent, inquiry, somatic awareness, touch practice, and the dynamics of desire and boundaries, Connection Lab offers a practical and supportive space for relational growth. WHAT HAPPENS This immersive three-hour experience may include: + guided partner and group exercises + communication and consent practices + movement and meditation + touch-based exercises + music and reflection Everything is invitational, and you choose your level of participation at all times. WHO IT'S FOR Connection Lab is for anyone who wants to get better at relating — anyone longing for more honesty, more aliveness, and more connected human contact. No experience is needed. All that is required is curiosity, respect, openness, and a willingness to learn. Doors close around 10 minutes after we begin. What to bring Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You’re also welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow if you’d like to be extra comfortable. Container We begin by establishing shared agreements around confidentiality, respect, and ownership of experience, so we can create a safe and supportive space together. WHO IS HOLDING THE SPACE? Connection Lab is held by Bastian / Raphael. I bring 15 years of practice in somatic inquiry, meditation, and inner work, along with a deep commitment to taking ownership of what arises in my inner world. Lately, I have been immersing myself in relational practice, and it has awakened in me a strong desire for more contact, more truth, and more real relating with other humans. While I do not have formal training in the relationship field, this work is grounded in deep personal exploration, including the Wheel of Consent®, tantra, and embodied practice.
