Workshop Outcomes
This workshop has a high degree of humour and participation! Both will help you to embed the skills, tips and techniques covered. Specifically:


Controlling nervousness and project a natural style when asked to make a presentation, structured or impromptu.

Improve delivery skills and techniques around correct use of eye contact, hand gestures, facial expressions and vocal variety.

Introduce yourself in a confident manner and start to overcome those fears of public speaking. Be a breath of fresh air!


Who should attend?
You should. There are a great many aspects covered throughout the session that will allow you to further enhance your presentations. It’s not simply a case of ‘knowing the skills’, it’s a case of trying them out in a safe environment and making them your everyday skills. Then you will have the confidence to use them. So, when that opportunity comes along, and it will come along, then you are ready.


David Nottage
At the age of 21 David couldn't even speak to his staff of four without a massive anxiety attack, so he needed to do something about it, and he did.

David Nottage is the 1996 World Championship of Public Speaking for Toastmasters International and CSP (Certified Speaking Professional for National Speakers Association). David is now the Director of Torque Limited who helps thousands of people to overcome their fears of speaking. From dreading having to speak to his staff to competing against over 30,000 people for the title of World Champion, this has been an awesome journey.

David will share with you some of the same tips, tricks and techniques that he has learned along the way that will help overcome one of the most dreaded fears and be more confident whenever you need to present.
