Join us for an immersive three-hour journey designed to help you release what’s been weighing you down, dissolve limiting beliefs, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and access fresh clarity and creativity.

Using conscious connected breathwork, energy work, and emotional awareness, Loren Honey guides you to become your own healer - supporting your nervous system to both gently unwind and powerfully activate.

Breathwork can support you to:

 * Reduce stress, anxiety, and grief

 * Release stored toxins

 * Deepen intuition and gut knowing

 * Access forgiveness

 * Process and clear old emotions and trauma

 * Increase joy, pleasure, and ease

 * Improve breathing capacity (ideal for surfers, athletes, free divers & fitness lovers)

This event is open to everyone aged 18+. All identities and experience levels welcome.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Loren Honey is recognised as one of Aotearoa’s most experienced and trusted breathwork facilitators. With 7+ years of experience and thousands of people supported, her trauma-informed approach and background in coaching and mentoring create a deeply safe and grounded container.

WHEN: Saturday 11 July, 12:30pm–3:30pm
WHERE: Yoga Ground, Level 1, 56 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn, Auckland
BRING: Eye mask, water bottle, lip balm, journal + pen. 

* There is yoga mats and blankets at the venue you can use or bring your own if you prefer.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Breathwork can create specific physiological changes and may trigger strong emotional release. Please inform Loren if any of the following apply to you:
Pregnancy (any stage), severe PTSD or trauma, recent surgery, detached retina, glaucoma, kidney disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions (angina, previous heart attack/stroke), aneurysm, uncontrolled thyroid issues, diabetes, epilepsy, seizure history, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or previous psychiatric conditions.
