This wānanga is a somatic gathering for Tangata Whenua and Tangata Tiriti to decondition colonisation through the living body ~ the one place where history is stored, and the future can be rehearsed.

Our bodies hold the colonial blueprint: its unhealed wounds, its reactive patterns. If we don’t meet it there, we inevitably repeat it. Here, we somatically learn another way. We practice moving from deep, cellular intelligence instead of inherited trauma. We turn our bodies into living proof of relational, sovereign life.

This is how we stop repeating the same old shit. This is embodied decolonisation in action.

A one-day embodied wānanga of body-truth telling ~ where resistance meets repair and movement becomes living evidence of change. For all ready to decondition colonisation through embodied practice.
