In this hands-on botanical printing session, we’ll create a silk scarf using vintage 1980s Japanese kimono silk, giving new life to a textile rooted in tradition. Working with flowers and NZ native leaves, eucalyptus, maple, grevillea, mānuka and more, you'll transfer their pigments onto natural fibres in a sustainable method.Come on your own or with a friend. You’ll leave with a wearable piece shaped by nature and tradition.Suitable for ages 8+. No experience needed. All materials included.About the ArtistJacqueline Tsang is an Auckland-based textile artist.
